Appointments

We are happy to schedule appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Messages left for the receptionist after hours will be returned the next business day. We are available for same day appointments. These are typically reserved for patients with an acute illness or injury; however we will make every attempt to accommodate you.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow our staff to update your records.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we request 24 hours advanced notice. Another patient who can be seen at that time will appreciate your thoughtfulness. Missed appointments or failure to reschedule an appointment may result in a fee. If you fail to reschedule or miss three appointments, you may be asked to find a new provider.
