Our goal as a family medical home is to provide our patients with the highest quality, most cost effective medical care. We are currently contracted to accept most commercial insurance, however we do not accept assignment for Medicare or Medicaid. Instead, we have an extremely affordable “self pay” fee schedule, which is often less expensive than using Medicare coverage with providers affiliated with local hospitals.

We appreciate payment for all office services at the time they are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
